Group Stays at Hephzibah House
Group bookings refer to any block of rooms reserved for a group of guests who are not part of the same family unit.
To stay at Hephzibah House, your group must meet one or both of these criteria:
All group members are engaged in vocational Christian ministry as their full time paid work, and/or
Your group is coming to New York for a substantive ministry-related purpose.
Hephzibah House does not host groups on holiday weekends or during peak school break seasons. We keep our rooms open for individuals and families during those times.
Important Considerations:
Check in: between 1pm - 8pm on your arrival date (We can store luggage for early arrivals.) We cannot accommodate late arrivals.
Check out by 10am (We can store luggage for later departures.)
Bathrooms are shared between guests on each floor.
We have no elevator. Please be certain that your guests can easily manage several flights of stairs before booking.
We provide one set of linens, bedding and towels per guest.
Pricing Information and Payment Policy:
Nightly rates vary by room type, but you can expect pricing to come to roughly $100 per person, per night.
Fifty percent (50%) of the fees for each booked room are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations or reductions in the number of rooms or nights from the original reservation are subject to this no-refund policy. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Once the final payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
